The selection of software is one of the most important decisions an organization can make. Equally important, is the ability for the organization to work with a vendor that will provide an optimum solution, which will take advantage of the strengths of the organization and existing resources. I-TEL collaborates with each organization to bring software and resources together to provide quality healthcare and, improved efficiencies at a reasonable cost.
Software License Option
I-TEL offers a comprehensive product suite to manage all the transactions to support the complex transactions involved in providing healthcare services. The product suite is offered as a product license to a customer for a one-time license fee and then a monthly software maintenance and support fee. I-TEL also provides comprehensive software support and maintenance via our 800 Customer Service line and remote diagnostic services. Software maintenance also includes new software releases and updates to the software.
I-TEL clients direct the strategy for development of new functions and improvements to the software. New releases of the software are generally made available yearly with the exception of new functions required for market demands or legal compliance, which is made available as needed.
Hosting Option
I-TEL provides the entire suite of products, hardware, application software and operational support via the I-TEL Data Center for a monthly fee or Per Member Per Month fee.
Consulting Services
I-TEL provides consulting services to health management organizations to improve business process, operational workflow, implementation and process improvement.
The senior management team has over 20 years experience in software development and managed care. This also includes experience in health plan operations. The management team is active in industry associations and provides professional services to healthcare organizations and software vendors.
The I-TEL technical staff has been involved with the development of the product for over 10 years. The skill set includes software development in RPG IV, Visual Basic, ASP, .NET, XML, HTML, Sybase EDI, SQL Server, and web-based applications.
